Ingredients
1cupself raising flour
1cupGreek style natural yoghurt
1tbsolive oil
Instructions
In a bowl add flour, yoghurt and olive oil. Season with salt and mix until a smooth dough starts to form.
Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and divide into 4 equal portions.
Flour a rolling pin and roll out each piece of dough into rounds. Add more flour as you go to prevent the dough from sticking.
Cook the flatbreads in a medium fry pan on medium heat for 1-2 minutes on each side. they are ready once they turn golden.
