Gourmet Sausage rolls with pork, fennel and vegetables wraped in flaky pastry. Great for parties or a nutritious dinner served with a garden salad.

Ingredients
4sheets puff pastry thawed
½cupwater
1egglightly beaten
sesame seeds for sprinkling on top
Sausage roll filling
500ggood quality pork mince
1tbsfennel seeds
1tbsoregano
1tbstomato sauce
1cupbreadcrumbs
½cupparmesan cheese
1carrotpeeled and grated
1zucchini grated
1clove garliccrushed
3spring onionstrimmed and thinly sliced
¼cupworcester sauce
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200° Grease and line 2 trays with baking paper.
Place all ingredients for the filling in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and mix well to combine.
Lay your puff pastry on a flat surface and working with one sheet at a time cut the sheet in half horizontally.Place 1/8th of the mixture along the long side of the pastry shaping into a long sausage as you go. Brush water along the long edge. Roll the pastry to enclose, finishing seam side down.
Place on a tray and brush with the beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.Repeat with remaining pastry.
bake for 20min or until pastry is golden and mince is cooked through.
