Dinner is a breeze with this one pan oven baked fish. Just throw in your ingredients, bake for 15 minutes and out comes succulent juicy fish. Yum!

Ingredients
800gwhite fish fillets boneless (Ive used gummy shark)
2lemon 1 finely sliced the second juiced
1bulb fennel (top part only trimmed and sliced)
1tbsextra virgin olive oil
50gbutter cut into cubes
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°
Pat fish dry with paper towel and lay flat in a baking dish. Season generously with salt and pepper.
Arrange the lemon slices over the fish followed by your fennel tops.
Drizzle over the extra virgin olive oil .
Bake for 10 minutes, remove from oven and add the butter. return to the oven for a further 5 minutes or until your fish is cooked through.
Serve with rice, greens and crusty bread
Notes
