Creamy garlic polenta
This easy polenta recipe is the perfect side dish for stews, braises and slow cooked meats.

Ingredients
1
litre
vegetable stock
½
cup
full cream milk
2
cloves
garlic
crushed
1
cup
fine polenta
also known as instant polenta
½
cup
parmesan cheese
grated

grams
butter
Instructions
In a medium saucepan add the stock, milk and garlic and bring to the boil.
Gradually add in the polenta whisking as you go until there are no lumps.
Reduce heat to low and cotinue to whisk until the polenta starts to thicken, around 10 minutes
Remove from heat and stir through the parmesan and butter with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Serve polenta with your favourite stews, braises or slow cooked dishes.
