Chia pudding pots
A delicious & healthy way to start the day with these gorgeous coconut chia pudding pots.

Ingredients
¼
cup
chia seeds
1
cup
coconut milk
1
tsp
vanilla bean paste
(or exract)
1
tbsp
maple syrup
natural greek yoghurt
to serve
passionfruit pulp
to serve
fresh raspberries
to serve
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well to combine
Divide mixture between 4 jars/pots and place in fridge to thicken up overnight.
Top the jars with natural yoghurt, passionfruit and fresh raspberries.
