Ingredients
2cupsrolled oats
1cup apple juice
1applepeeled, cored and grated
1pearpeeled, cored and grated
1cupnatural yoghurt
1tspground cinnamon
½cupdried fruit of choiceraisins, cranberries, figs etc
½cupnuts and seeds of choiceflaked almonds, peppitas, walnuts etc
fresh berries to serve
drizzle of honey to serve
Instructions
In a large bowl add the oats, apple juice, grated fruit, yoghurt, cinnamon, dried fruit, nuts and seeds. Mix well until combined.
Cover with a lid or cling film. Place in the frige and leave to soak overnight.
The following morning, divide into bowls, containers or jars. Top with fresh fruit, extra nuts and a drizzle of honey.
